We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer L1 & L2 - PAN INDIA to provide technical assistance to our clients. You will help install, upgrade and troubleshoot hardware and software systems. If you`re computer-savvy and enjoy supporting end users, wed like to meet you. To succeed in this role, you should have a problem-solving attitude along with the ability to give clear technical instructions. You should also be familiar with remote troubleshooting techniques.
Candidate should be Any Graduate with 0 to 3 years of experience in Technical Support, Desktop Support, Network Troubleshooting, Hardware Troubleshooting. Must have excellent communication skills.
Roles and Responsibilities-
Performs installations, maintenance, and repairs on customer equipment (Desktop / Laptop / Ipad / Tablet PC/peripherals) working primarily on-site. Installation and configuration including Data Transfer knowledge and Deploy OS via SCCM, Image via Ghost, etc.., Troubleshooting of OS ( Windows7/8/10), productivity tools like MS office, AV tools. Customer handling, Updation / Closer of Ticket in Ticketing Tool, Operating from Customer place (Onsite anywhere in India). OS troubleshooting on the desktops.
Installation and configuration of OS ( Windows7/8/10) as per the requirement. Standard Microsoft desktop application Installation and troubleshooting. Antivirus update using provided tool. Installing and configuring messaging client on workstations. Email troubleshooting and housekeeping at the client end.
