Roles & Responsibilities:
Screening the candidate & resumes and contacting relevant candidates. Scheduling interviews for selected candidates Communicating and explaining the organization`s HR policies to the employees Preparing and submitting all relevant HR letters/documents Coordinate training sessions and seminars Perform orientations and update records of new staff
Assist with creating and distributing internal memos and other internal communications to employees Produce and submit reports on general HR activity Assist with payroll and ad-hoc HR activities. Support other assigned functions. Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices. Excellent learning skills and maintaining good relationships with candidates End-to-end recruitment Maintaining admin activities.
