We (Vanderlande Industries) are looking for an Assistant for (HRBP APS) on a 6-month contract, extendable to 12 months. In Pune location. This is a good opportunity to start your career with rapidly growing multinational company.
Key Requirements
Have well developed communication and a positive can-do attitude. Able to work flexible hours based on global needs (times to be aligned together - time zones are AUS, NEME, NA) Must have overall good administration skills such as: Intermediate to Advanced level of Office Applications, particularly PowerPoint and Excel Ability to use Teams. Scheduling team meetings Organizing travel Good Organization & Digital Filing skills
Task oriented with strong Time Management Skills (chasing deadlines etc.) Good Communication skills to align with other stakeholders globally High confidentiality and willing to sign NDA (as role will be working with 4 x HRBP APS in global roles)
Ideally but not mandatory > Degree in HR 6 months to 2 yrs of prior experience in HR admin, support, office assistant role is desired. Excellent communication skill in English is a must.
