Candidate should a Graduate/ Post Graduate, preferably in HR/ Personnel Management with 3+ years of experience in HR Administration, Recruitment, Generalist Activities, Office Administration, Travel Management. Must have excellent communication skills. This an urgent position & requires immediate joiners.
Roles and Responsibilities-
Role Incumbent will be responsible for the Administration and Human Resource management Executing the joining and on boarding formalities for all the new Joiners by coordinating with various departments/ units for their sitting arrangement, laptop, email id and other requirements. Providing administrative support to all staff in performing several routine and general functions. Manage daily activities so to provide administrative, human resources and clerical support to the office Team in order to ensure effective and efficient operations. Reviewing job descriptions for all positions at regular intervals and updating them in consultation with the respective managers.
Maintaining and regularly updating master database of Recruitment and other HR related work. Manage end to end travel plans pan India efficiently and cost-effectively airlines, trains, transport, and hotels Negotiate on best rates through vendors every time there is a travel occurrence Communicate with the person travelling regularly to keep them updated on logistic Manage emergency changes/cancellations in a professional and calm manner Handle visa applications and formalities promptly Handle all incoming travel requests and the processes that follow after
