Mphasis Limited is hiring for Technical Support Associate
Candidate must have basic knowledge on switching and routing and Wifi Configuration. Customer satisfaction is our purpose; this is a HIGH TOUCH environment in which continual customer interaction is the norm. This includes setting up servers, workstations, storage arrays, basic networking, entering IP information in devices, and installing software.
Capable of troubleshooting converged networks, IP/VOIP issues across LAN/WAN, VPN, VLAN Routers, Firewalls, Switches, IP PBX deployment, TCP/IP (IPv4), DNS. To resolve complex technical queries and issues of product functionality and defect correction as well as coordinating with the relevant stake holders for product support.
