We are looking for an HR & Admin Executive to join our manufacturing unit team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day HR and administrative activities to ensure smooth operations of the manufacturing unit. The candidate must possess excellent communication and organizational skills, and be able to handle multiple tasks and deadlines effectively. Candidate should have Bachelor`s Degree in Human Resources or related field with minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant HR and administrative experience in a manufacturing environment. Must have strong understanding of HR policies and procedures, and employment laws and regulations. Should have experience managing the recruitment process, including conducting interviews and onboarding new hires. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with employees and stakeholders. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Must have proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information in a professional manner. Knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures. Experience managing employee benefits programs and payroll administration. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
