We are looking candidates with 3 to 6 years of experience in expertise software development; preferably in product development. Proven track record of churning out enterprise grade software in a distributed environment. Experience in lean, adaptive design and architecture, test driven development with continuous integration and delivery of product increments.
Experience in self-organized, enabled & empowered agile team that is part of lean and flat organization Seasoned technical leadership that is technically hands-on, with laser sharp focus on business outcomes Hands-on seasoned developer who enjoy TDD and writing clean code that is modular, extensible and testable.
Roles and Responsibilities-
Provide technical leadership with collective ownership of the product platform and associated services Churn out continuous product deliveries built on the top of existing platforms that will add incremental value to our businesses Creation of best-in-class technology platforms & products enabling our customers to build competitive edge in the market. Collaborate in an agile work environment and actively participating in team ceremonies like grooming, planning, retrospective, etc. End-to-end Continuous Integration and Delivery (CI/ CD) automation; right from source commit to production deployment to alerting/ monitoring Maintaining high code quality by adhering to clean code practices, code reviews and continuous refactoring
