Candidate should be Any Graduate with 4+ years of experience in HR Administration, Joining Formalities, Legal Compliance, Attendance Management, Administration Work, Leave Management, Excel Report Preparation, Exit Process, HR Coordination, Leave Administration, Inventory Planning, Salary Processing, Procurement Management
Must have strong communication and coordination skills and should be able to work in a cross functioning environment. Must have good knowledge of Excel, Word etc. Proficiency in English (both written and verbal)
Roles and Responsibilities-
Handling Payroll (Wages/ Salary). Creating pay slips Maintaining Personnel Records, Attendance Record. Administration of Statutory payments/ Monthly Contribution.viz. Provident Fund, ESIC, MLWF & Professional Tax. P.F. Claims & Settlements. Create/ Update Corporate Personnel Policies, Practices and Systems. Supervising Leave Records disciplinary action.
Employees Bonus calculation and full & final Settlement. After Recruitment, Joining Formalities, Issuing Appointment letter, Confirmation & Transfer letters. Maintaining Company Loan & Advance Registers. Other Responsibility assigned from time to time. Providing administrative support to all staff in performing several routine and general functions. Will take charge of all the Administration work for e.g.: Housekeeping, Cleanliness and Safety Requirements for office and factory. General procurement and inventory management. General management of office and factory.
