Sufficient technical knowledge from test automation perspective to able to lead technical automation team Experience of working in a SaaS product-based organization is preferred Should be able to manage and lead the Test Operation team, and be able to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Manage pressure in a positive and resilient manner Excellent organizer and demonstrate the ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment Ability to streamline and implement new structures and roles that create speed, efficiency, and support rapidly shifting business demands
Job Responsibility-
Manage the Testing team (Test Operation team), it include manual as well automation tester Lead the team from Process, project and people aspects Collaborate with engineering teams for the platform features or to analyze , debug and resolve design and code issues. Provide feature input into the AI testing tools to further improve test operational aspects for speed and/or quality of CQ platform. Operational metrics creation, gathering, reporting for the execution of Feature test regression for all customers. Spearhead the research and implementation of new technologies Develop and execute a plan to achieve needed testing within the timelines Customer coordination & communication Weekly reporting to senior management
