Quest Software Inc. is hiring Software Engineer - Android
Job Profile
Candidate should have 2+ years of experience as a software engineer, including 1+ years developing mobile apps on the Android platform. Must be proficient coding skills in multiple languages, preferably Java, JavaScript, Kotlin and Node.js.
Should have experience working with testing frameworks on Android. Should have experience with RESTful web services and understanding of cloud service architecture. Should have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Nice-to-have:
Experience with tracking records of successfully delivering applications and working collaboratively in a professional environment. Experience with common Android libraries: RxJava, Dagger, Room, Coroutines, OkHTTP, Retrofit. Working knowledge of architecture and coding best practices and ability to create clean, well structured, and testable code. Working knowledge of source control, automated build systems, and the Google Play Store publishing platform.
