Candidate should be Any Graduate. Degree/ Diploma in Computers or in Hardware Networking preferred. Must have excellent English communication skills verbal & written Should have experience in the International process. Should have Laptop or PC and a Broadband connection with good speed. Roles and Responsibilities- Handle Technical Support queries received through any channel (Web, Voice, Chat and Email) from customers mainly based out of the US & Europe. It is a blended process of voice, chat and through the web and agents are required to provide resolution through this medium. To get positive reviews from customers. Be able to achieve sales targets for designated products on monthly basis. Maintained minimum benchmark specified by Quality Department. This role requires a person to provide technical assistance to Stellar customers across the globe on Stellar software products.
