Qualification : Graduate/ MBA candidates required (one candidate from MBA in HR specialization) Work Experience : 0 to 4 Years Job Location : Ahmedabad, Gujarat
Technical Knowledge : Basic Computer & Advance Excel Language : Hindi & English (knowledge of other languages will be also helpful for us)
Salary : Rs. 20,000 - 25,000 plus Group Mediclaim Policy, Group Accidental Policy etc.
Roles and Responsibilities-
Handle recruitment and screening of qualified potential candidates, documentation, training and outside staff management and conduct preliminary telephonic or personal interviews for screening candidates. Manage G-suite domain of the company Payroll processing through HRMS software Maintain a smooth onboarding process by performing background checks, conduct interviews, issuing employment contracts and facilitating orientation.
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal of the employees Handle all statutory compliance i.e. PF, ESIC, Bonus etc. Maintain daily attendance of the employees through the HRMS Portal Plan & conduct new employee orientation program Maintain employee database
Prepare employee separation notices and conduct exit interviews Maintain records of employee reimbursement Maintain the daily attendance and database of security agencies, office rent etc. Manage agendas & travel arrangements for the staff Coordinate office activities & operations.
