We are hiring for IT Service Desk/ Technical Support Engineers (FRESHERS/ EXPERIENCED)
Qualification: Graduation and above (Minimum graduation is mandatory) Work Experience: 0-6 Years Location: Pune
Notice Period 30 days (For Experienced) Immediate joiners preferable.
Key points for fresher candidate to prepare for interview:
Candidate should have excellent communication in English. Candidate should have basic good knowledge of computer like VPN, troubleshooting, configuration, ticketing, installation, IP address, etc. Candidate should answer in brief in interview. Candidate should not answer in single word in interview. Candidate should speak more in interview that will be advantage point.
Key points for experienced candidate to prepare for interview:
