Candidate should be Any Graduate with excellent knowledge of MS Word, good written english language, able to pay attention to finer details. Raise queries in cases where there is incomplete information/ information discrepancy.
Prior experience of working in non-voice back office of health insurance sector is added advantage. Excellent knowledge of MS Word is a compulsion.
Roles & Responsibilities-
To coordinate with other team members, get the documents from them, and combine the documents as per client specifications and upload to client portal.
