Candidate should be Any Graduate with Minimum 2 years of experience in Technical Support, Customer Support, Technical Helpdesk, and Networking Troubleshooting.
Must have good understanding of how software and hardware work. Moderate to a high level of understanding of technology solutions Should have excellent communication skills
Job Responsibility-
Independently own and manage product technical implementations. Technical understanding of the products their suitability to the client s requirements. Develop partnerships and be the expert for customers in case of integration, technical solutions, or security questions. Good understanding of Hardware networking. Technical Implementation of onsite online.
Play a key role in helping our customers as a product expert, ensuring a smooth onboarding when it comes to the technical implementation within the customer s system. Work closely with Customer Success/Support to provide an excellent technical onboarding process for new customers. Promptly resolve customer issues regarding implementation, ensuring that they are fully supported during the onboarding process.
