Roles and Responsibilities-
Manage the recruitment and selection process, benefits administration, Training & development, Statutory compliance & required legislation. Overall responsibility of Training Development, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, and Employees Services functions and payroll management. Overall responsibility of Factory and office Administration scopes
Overall responsibility to ensure statutory compliance of factory laws, labor laws, etc. Work along with Senior Management & Department Heads for timely escalation/ resolution of employee queries/ grievances in accordance with company policies and procedures and build a harmonious work atmosphere. Required knowledge in statutory Compliance (PF, ESI, Bonus, Factory acts, Labor dept etc.) and interaction with various departments for licenses, renewals, etc.
Monitor adherence to internal policies and legal standards Develop corporate plans for a variety of HR matters such as compensation, benefits, health and safety, etc. Oversee all HR initiatives, systems, and tactics Deal with grievances and violations invoking disciplinary action when require Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or another issue Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital
