Looking for Professional having experience in recruitment, interview scheduling, hiring, on-boarding, monthly evaluation of target vs actual work done, day-to-day reporting, payroll processing. Can work on freelance basis, currently living anywhere in India
Candidate is required to call candidates for preliminary screening through telephonic round, forwarding profiles for further round of shortlisted candidates. Complete on-boarding formalities for selected candidates. Finalizing KRA/ KPI & Monitoring.
Perks and Benefits: compensation is based on total team size handled on full-time/ part-time basis.
