Experience in installation, configuration, troubleshooting of Applications & Operating systems Windows 7, 8, 10 & MAC OS. Basic Knowledge on managing Active Directory Users & computers and Group policies. Adding workstation to domain, giving respective privileges to users on workstation and installation of softwares according to the users requirement. Installation, configuration & troubleshooting of Microsoft Outlook and managing PSTs & OSTs. Basic Knowledge on Office 365 management.
Managing antivirus endpoints in user systems and basic knowledge on Antivirus administration. Performing system maintenance tasks such as applying patches, AV scans, Disk defragmentation, Disk cleanup etc. Installation & Configuration of Network printers, Scanners and basic troubleshooting over remote. Handling the day to day backup activities. Understanding on ITIL concepts Maintaining the inventory of PCs and other IT assets. Providing telephonic and remote support to users by using remote desktop tools. Co-ordinating with Vendors for system hardware and other application issues. Good communication skills are mandatory.
