Virtuous Retail Services Private Limited is hiring for Assistant Manager - HR & Admin
Candidate should have a Bachelors/ Masters Degree in Human Resources or related field with 3 to 5 years relevant experience. Should have experience in managing complete employee lifecycle in the hospitality field. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong team player with good inter-personal skills.
Job Responsibilities-
Ensure that the hospitality component of VR Bengaluru and VR Chennai is continuously staffed as per staffing level budget; Providing hiring support for other components in VR Bengaluru & VR Chennai in terms of publishing opportunities on the various job boards, sourcing CVs, scheduling interviews etc.; Managing the complete documentation around pre and post hiring, i.e., documentation for seeking hiring approval(s), initiating background checks and closing on the joining formalities; Managing the induction and onboarding process; Planning and executing various employee engagement programs and surveys
Ensuring completion of the PMS cycle at timely set intervals (goal settings, mid-year review, final assessment); Responsible to contact and maintain a good relationship with Hotel management Schools, Training Institutes, etc. Responsible to attend grievances and try to resolve them; Ensure timely completion of the statutory requirements and audit responses; Provide timely payroll inputs and managing the payroll related compliances; Maintaining/ updating the leave tracker as well as managing attendance;
Managing end to end documentation, upkeep employee files, Keeping records of various details, programs; Prepare relevant management reports on talent/HR matters - Asset management, Quarterly Reports, etc. and review reports prepared by 3rd party service provider for manpower.
