Movate Technologies Private Limited is hiring for Technical Support Engineer
Candidate would be responsible for handling customer calls and troubleshooting technical issues related to network Devices. Ensure resolution provided in the first interaction with the customer.
Candidate should be flexible with 24/7. Candidate should be excellent in English communication. Preferable for only fresher. Any experience who are willing to work with technical process can also apply. Experience with technical voice will be preferable. International voice experience will be more preferable.
Qualification must be 10+12+UG/PG, 10+12+Diploma, 10+Diploma (3 years) with experience can be required.
