We are looking for a dynamic HR and Administrator who can handle the whole plant independently and responsibly.
Requirements:
Proven experience as HR admin executive. Good at Time-Management skills. Good in negotiation skills, vendor management, inventory control, supply management. Excellent knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with relevant computer software. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach Good presentation & Communication skills.
Roles and Responsibilities:
They also develop training materials and respond to employee inquiries about benefits. Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets. Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents. Arrange travel and accommodations. Resolve administrative problems. Coordinate repairs to office equipment. Managing various meetings, reports, employees, and assorted clerical tasks requires. Top-notch organization and multitasking abilities. Arranging both internal and external events. Salary administration experience. Assisting with payroll by providing the department with relevant employee information, i.e. holiday and sick days taken. Recruitment Process experience.
