We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Performance Test Engineer to join our dynamic Quality Assurance team. As a Performance Test Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software applications in the Utility industry.
Candidate should have 1+ years of experience as a test lead in a related field with 6+ years of hands-on experience in Testing, including manual and automation. Must have strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices. Should have demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional teams.
Should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proven ability to solve problems creatively.
Strong interpersonal skills and highly proactive.
Key Responsibilities-
Define and implement test strategies covering manual and automated testing for different platforms and architectures.- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of test engineers skilled in manual and automated testing. Hands-on experience in testing data-intensive applications, ETL, API, and database testing activities.- Extensive hands-on experience with Selenium for automated testing and Tosca for scripless testing.
Generate comprehensive test reports, metrics, and dashboards for stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development and product management, to deliver high-quality products.- Evaluate and adopt new testing tools and technologies, particularly in ETL, API, and database testing. Manage large releases in a multivendor environment.- Regularly update senior management on testing activities, milestones, and challenges.
