Candidate must have Proven experience in human resources management, preferably in a manufacturing or Automotive industry. Sound knowledge of labor laws, industrial relations practices, and statutory compliance. Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships at all levels of the organization.
Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving conflicts and addressing employee concerns. Proficiency in MS Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS software.
Role & Responsibilities
Human Resources Management:
Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires. Manage employee relations by addressing grievances, conducting investigations, and resolving conflicts in a timely and fair manner. Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation in accordance with company policies and legal regulations.
Industrial Relations:
Monitor and analyze industrial relations trends, identifying areas for improvement and implementing proactive measures to maintain a harmonious work environment. Handle grievances, disciplinary actions, and other labor-related issues in accordance with established procedures and legal requirements. Collaborate with plant management and union representatives to address labor-related challenges and promote collaborative labor-management relations.
Plant Administration:
Handling the Canteen / Pantry Administration, Transport Management, Vehicle Management, Security Management, Vendor Management etc. Provide administrative support to plant management, including preparing reports, maintaining records, and facilitating communication within the organization.
Contract Labor Management: Negotiation with Service Providers & involvement in Agreements Workforce Planning
