Candidate should be Any Graduate with 2 to 3 years of experience in HR/ Administration, Vendor Management, HR Policies & Strategy, Engagement, Employee Involvement. Must have excellent communication skills.
Roles & Responsibilities:
To co-ordinate with HR on different activities held by HR department, driving HR initiatives, and managing day-to-day administrative operations. Manage all the HR related activities, employee welfare activity and administrative work of respective location. Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives, including talent acquisition, retention, performance management, and employee engagement.
Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating onboarding processes. Establish and maintain HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal regulations and fostering a positive work culture. Manage employee relations, addressing grievances, conflicts, and providing guidance to ensure a harmonious workplace environment.
Oversee training and development programs to enhance employee skills and contribute to career growth opportunities within the company. Supervise day-to-day administrative activities, including office operations, facilities management, and vendor relationships. Implement and optimize administrative procedures and systems to ensure organizational efficiency.
