Candidate should have 3 to 8 years of experience in Human Resource Management/ HR Activities coordination. Experience in supporting/ coordinating with various other departments including Sales/marketing teams, Accounts, IT etc. Having Experience of Team Recruitment, Team Building, HR Activities including Candidature Searching, Candidate Shortlisting, Team Recruitment, Team Building, Team (Product and functional) Training, Team Appraisal and Team coordination
Having experience/ capability in team management, team recruitment, team building, team training and team leading apart from abilities of initiative taking, supporting management with planning for Medium and long term Growth of the company. Having good skills towards getting the resources managed for smooth functioning of the company
Having experience towards several administrative functions including continuous administration support, supporting activities aimed at bringing overall costs down along with smooth functioning of all departments by supporting with full coordination, both within the company and with outside parties
To have confidence in self, for long term association and working with company Having Good knowledge of computers, specially Excel (V-Lookup, H-Lookup, Pivot Table, Access) Good Communications Skills, esp. English and Hindi Joining on immediate basis for reporting in North India HO in Delhi
