Bobst India Private Limited is hiring for Assistant Manager - HR & Admin
Candidate must be Graduate in any discipline + Post graduation in Management i.e. MBA HR/ MPM/ Equivalent. Bachelors degree in law will be an added advantage. Should have 8 to 10 years experience on plant personnel/ administrative services in an medium scale manufacturing organization, preferably from an auto OEM / auto component manufacturing industry.
Strong knowledge of Labour laws, Model Standing Orders, ID Act, Factories Act etc Expertise in dealing with Local Bodies/ Government Authorities/ Local Politicians and plant Administration and services etc. Knowledge of SAP system and purchase/ service agreements related to HR administrative services.
Role & Responsibility-
The position is responsible for owning and delivering work on HR Operations, Workforce Management, Employee Relations, General Administration, Employee Engagement, Contract Management, Facilities Management, Compliance Management, Liaison with Government Agencies, and Industrial Relations.
