Candidate should have 2+ years of experience in HR Administration, Recruitment Support, Employee Relations, Documentation, Compliance and Policies. Must have excellent communication skills.
Job Responsibility-
Posting job openings, reviewing resumes and applications. Schedule job interviews and contact candidates as needed. Conducting reference checks. Onboarding new employees. Provide orientations for new employees by sharing onboarding links and explaining company policies Maintain employee records (soft and hard copies)
Joining & Exit formalities Drive Employee Engagement Activities Update HR databases (e.g. new hires, separations and leaves) Payroll processing with providing relevant data, like absences, bonus and leaves Prepare paperwork for HR policies and procedures Process employees requests and provide relevant information Manage the day to day administration duties for the office premises
