OpenTable, Inc. is hiring for Java Full Stack Developer
Candidate should have 2+ years of professional experience developing Java web applications. You have some experience with front-end technologies such as TypeScript and React. Keen to work with distributed systems, service-oriented and event-driven architectures at web scale.
Understand the importance of continuous integration and are disciplined at unit, integration, and acceptance testing. Have knowledge of system performance and operational readiness monitoring. Strong CS fundamentals and a deep understanding of data structures and OO design.
Should be empathetic and enjoy working with developers, designers and product owners. Adaptable and pick up new technologies and languages quickly. Have an appetite for constantly refining and improving the end-user experience and the developer experience Some experience developing C# .Net Core applications would be beneficial but a willingness to learn is more important.
Job Responsibility-
Report to the Communications team manager based out of our London office and work closely with engineers in several time zones. Develop tools and services that help restaurants connect with diners and deliver exceptional hospitality. Collaborate with other development teams on innovative new product features. Support our live systems and contribute to our culture of resiliency. Use insights from analytics to help make our products more useful and valuable.
