Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent Education: A bachelor`s Degree or MBA Location: Chennai/ Pune/ Delhi.
Roles & Responsibilities-
Maintain and execute all employee HR-related records such as contracts, attendance registers, etc. Help with coordinating the process of recruiting new staff Coordinate employee joining and exit formalities and staff appraisals
Assist with administration and maintenance of Bangalore office and field station including maintaining rental agreements, assisting with postage and printing requirements, procuring office supplies, overseeing housekeeping staff, etc.
Making travel arrangements and preparing documents, presentation materials, and facilities for meetings. Ordering, storing, and distributing office supplies. Maintaining physical and digital personnel records like employment contracts and PTO requests. Update internal databases with new hire information. Gather payroll data like bank accounts and working days.
Schedule job interviews and contact candidates as needed. Prepare reports and presentations on HR-related metrics Maintain Fixed Assets registers and ensure upkeep of the assets. Assist the Trustees, Director, and Programmed Heads in organizing meetings, reimbursing expenses, etc., and other requirements including tracking the Institutional calendar.
