NCR Corporation India Pvt. Limited is hiring for Technical Support Lead
Candidate must have strong experience working with standards identifying how solutions work in a multivendor environment. Should have qualified experience working with Alcatel-Lucent, Ciena, Huawei, ECI or other vendor DWDM products. Knowledge on the usage and requirements of test equipment and the ability to manipulate them as required.
Should have good knowledge on Ethernet, IP and routing protocols. Experience working with windows applications such as telnet, ftp, tftp and Navigators. Experience working with Linux or Unix operating systems and applications. Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
Should have strong understanding of IP fundamentals, VLAN, Routing (ISIS,OSPF BGP); SDH, DWDM, OTN and Optical transport network deployment understanding. Understanding of MPLS (LDP/RSVP), VPN (L2, L3 VRF) and QoS will be preferred.; Optical transport Network Element deployment and commissioning, Nodal AT, Link AT, Network AT and Fault Isolation.
Should have hands on configuration experience and Operation knowledge of routers and switches in carrier network; Optical Transport Network Elements in carrier network. Experience on Mobile Backhaul and Carrier Ethernet Network will be added advantage. Should have good technical documentation skills
