Proficient in Ms-Exel, Attendance package, MIS, reporting etc., Knowledge about QMS/ ISO/ ISMS norms, vendor management, Time & Attendance management, MIS, HR reporting.
Role & Responsibilities-
Should handle office admin works like Facility management, Travel management, Vendor management, Exit management, Asset management etc Responsible for all Payments of Inward Bills including Maintenance, Stationery, Housekeeping, Security & other Vendors. Supervising the housekeeping team in their day-to-day work. Sending birthday emails to the employees. Maintaining the Visitor logbook. Ordering monthly consumables of Stationery, Office supplies, and housekeeping materials online or through vendor Facility management (Office lease renewal, Company license renewal, Office parking renewal, etc.)
