Candidate should have a Bachelor`s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels of the organization. Prior experience in HR and/or administrative roles is preferred.
Strong organizational and time management skills. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Attention to detail and accuracy in handling employee information. Proficiency in HRIS and other HR software applications.
Role & Responsibilities-
Administer and maintain employee records, including personnel files, benefits information, and other HR-related documents. Support the on boarding process for new hires, including preparing employment contracts, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed. Assist in employee off boarding procedures, ensuring all exit paperwork is completed. Maintain and update the employee database. Assist in managing employee benefits programs, including enrolment, claims, and communication. Help coordinate employee training and development programs, including scheduling, logistics, and tracking attendance.
Provide administrative support to various departments within the organization, including handling correspondence, managing calendars, and organizing meetings. Manage office supplies and equipment inventory, ensuring availability and proper maintenance. Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for employees as needed. Assist in preparing and maintaining company policies, procedures, and employee handbooks. Support payroll processing by gathering and verifying employee time and attendance records. Handle employee inquiries and provide assistance on HR-related matters. Assist in organizing company events and employee engagement activities.
