Candidate should have a Bachelor`s Degree with 1 to 3 years of experience in Administrative Assistance, Housekeeping Management, Office Administration, Security Management. Must have excellent communication skills.
Roles and Responsibility-
Coordinates & Support building maintenance issues for general repairs (heating and air condition Security)
Organize special functions and social events
Prepare correspondence documentation or Presentation for admin department
Handle requests feedbacks and queries of internal customer (Operation, Finance, R&D, Production, SCM, HR)
Monitor & Maintain office Supply levels, reorder & Coordinate with purchase department
Supervise plant Security & House keeping Management
