Candidate should have a Bachelor`s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) with proven experience in technical support or a customer-facing role in the software industry. Must have strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions.
Solid understanding of software architecture, database concepts, and web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.). Experience with programming languages such as C# ,Java or Python is a plus. Experience with MS SQL SERVER database is mandatory.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical users. Customer-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure accurate documentation and follow-up.
