Roles and Responsibilities-
Manage end-to-end employee life cycle of the employees. Identify process gap to improve and optimize processes. Support in data collation and preparation of reports. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company`s overall goals and objectives.
Implement innovative solutions for engaging and motivating the employees. Handle overall recruitment through internal or external sources as per hiring guidelines. Ensure compliance with all applicable HR laws and regulations. Maintain accurate HR records and files.
Assist with other HR-related projects and initiatives as needed. Handling HR Admin related responsibilities. Co-ordinating staff accommodation. Assist and resolve staff and management queries.
