Candidate should have 2-3 years of experience in bulk recruitment preferably in the IT Sector/BPO. Excellent English communication skills, both writing and speaking over the phone. Knowledge of and familiarity with labour laws and company affairs is a plus. Excellent people skills to manage people and address various personnel issues. Computer literacy, high proficiency with Word and Excel, is a must.
Roles and Responsibilities-
Scheduling & conducting interviews online/ in-person with Candidates. Collecting personal documents from new Employees to facilitate recruitment. Arranging Training Program for new Employees.
Maintaining HR records such as resumes, employee forms, agreements, bank details etc. Managing & responding to HR related queries within the Company and with Employees. Assisting the Administration Manager in day to day administrative activities. Any other ad-hoc activities assigned by the Management from time to time.
