Candidate must have Post Graduate degree (MSW - HR / MBA - HR) with 2+ years work experience. Strong PC skills including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook. Experience in a professional services environment (accounting, law, architectural, engineering, financial services, etc.) is preferred. Previous administrative experience with ATS, HRIS or LMS is a plus, but not required.
Recruitment:
Manages Applicant tracking system (posting, adding new templates, making changes) Manages receipt and compliance of offer letters and employment agreements Tracks and shares offer letter details with Payroll Works closely with the College Recruiting Manager, HR Business Partners, and Campus Team members to provide administrative support for the Firms college recruiting efforts
On-boarding:
Enters new associate information into STAR (time & billing system) Utilizes on-boarding system to on-board new associates Uploads documents to electronic personnel files Audits processes and employee data for Quality Assurance Learning Management System learning plan enrollments
