Candidate should have a Bachelor s degree or equivalent in Computer Science or Engineering (or an equivalent major) with 2+ years of relevant experience with progressively responsible experience in Application Software Support.
You have supported global customer over Email, Remote troubleshooting & Phone. Willing to work on 24x7 environment with shift roster. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Ticketing Tool: Team Foundation Server (TFS), RMTrack or Jira Experience in previous consulting or customer-facing roles is required. Programing skills - C#.net & SQL Any other MDM product knowledge would be an asset
