This role requires someone to relocate to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia after a month of joining.
Job Details:
You will work in a multi-functional role with a combination of expertise in Software/ Hardware/ Networking Infrastructure, Storage, Customer Training and Technical Support. You will work in a team that often interacts with customers on various aspects related to technical support for deployed systems. You will be deputed at customer premises to assist customers with issues related to Hardware Infrastructure, Software Infrastructure and Application Software (Products) deployed. You will Interact with QA and Engineering team to co-ordinate issue resolution within the promised SLA to customer.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Design, deploy, and maintain virtualization solutions, including server and storage virtualization. Maintain and upgrade operating systems and core software applications. Monitor system performance and availability. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues. Coordinate system upgrades and patching. Provide technical advice and guidance to users. Create and maintain system documentation. Develop and execute disaster recovery plans. Provide technical support for end users. Coordinate with vendors for hardware and software purchases. Develop scripts for system automation.
